2022 FIFA World Cup Team of the Week After Round One

Played a huge role in France’s 4-1 against Australia as the highest-rated player [9.0] after the match, Antoine Griezmann emerged as the star player of the week.
Although failed to make the score sheet nor assisted, his presence was greatly felt in Didier Deschamps’s team, making him last the entire duration of the match with an incredible sighted six (6) key passes [the most recorded by any other player] along with five (5) accurate crosses and four (4) big created chances.
Outstanding plays from Enner Valencia and Bukayo Saka, who both netted a brace each for their respective sides – the duo earned a feature as well alongside Bruno Fernandes, whose two assists helped Portugal edge resilient Ghana by a goal advantage [3-2] and two goals contribution hero – Andrien Rabiot.
