Ghanaian boxing star Isaac ‘Royal Storm’ Dogboe [21-2, 15 KOs] is set to take on Adam Lopez [15-2, 6 KOs] on Sunday, 20th June 2021 at 2 AM GMT at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas, USA.
A former World Boxing Organisation (WBO) super bantamweight champion, Dogboe, is looking to build up points to earn another title shot this time in the featherweight division and his father Paul Dogboe who was speaking to Dornu’s Corner believes his opponent North American Boxing Federation (NABF) featherweight champion Lopez will be a walkover for his son.
“I can only speak on what I know about Adam Lopez. When I was training Isaac, we used to beat this kid hands down in California. We were in the same stable managed by Andy Zach. So, I don’t think Adam Lopez can cause any threat to Isaac unless he is not prepared properly.”
“Adam Lopez is not a world champion pedigree, I mean it is going to be a walkover for Isaac if he is well prepared.” He continued
Dogboe has been slowly building himself back up since back-to-back losses to Emanuel Navarrete [33-1, 28 KOs], defeating Chris Avalos [27-8, 20 KOs] in his next fight and the 26-year-old seems confident ahead of the bout against Lopez stating he is ready to bring the excitement.

“What can I say? I bring excitement and that’s exactly what they are expecting, they are expecting Isaac Dogboe to come and fight so I am gonna come and fight.”
“The fans are obviously looking forward to an exciting fight and that’s why we are here, at the end of the day we just wanna keep the excitement going and after the night is over they’ll be like yeah that was the Adam Lopez and Isaac Dogboe fight. That was the fight of the night.”
Dogboe will take on Lopez on Sunday, 20th June 2021 at 2 AM GMT at the Virgin Hotel in Las Vegas, USA.
