Liverpool via club post today disclosed the signing of a Scotland Under-21 defender from native country outfit Aberdeen for a reported fee of €7.6M.
The 18-year-old right-back who graduated from the youth Academy in 2021 joins the Premier League giant today on a long-term contract with the revealed jersey of 22.
In 1656 featured minutes last season in the Scottish Premiership, the highly-rated full-back was noted for his effort after scoring one goal and providing four assists earning him an individual award as Scottish Football Writers’ Associations Young Player of the Year, in addition to a shortlist of the PFA Scotland Young Player of the Year award.
Following his signature, Ramsay joins as the club’s summer signing after -Darwin Nunez from Benfica and Fabio Carvalho from Fulham who will be officially announced on 1st July 2022.
