The English Premier League has once again returned to action once again after the international break and as usual, this is the team of the week in a 4-3-3 formation after game-week 31.
Goalkeeper

David Raya (Brentford)
Both Brazilian shot-stopper Alisson and Ederson did a great job keeping a clean sheet this week, however, Raya beat them to this spot after showing great goalkeeping techniques on Saturday by denying Chelsea on 7-occasions and won by 4-1 at Stamford Bridge.
Center-backs

Antonio Rudiger (Chelsea)
Although saw four goals past him, Rudiger was more than a central defender able to switch to the third half of the pitch which got him a goal out of 6-shots on goal.
Joachim Andersen (Crystal Palace)
As a central defender goals and assists seems rare but Joachim proved all critics wrong with a brace of assists against Arsenal alongside 2-key passes, 6-clearances, a goal attempt, and a clean sheet in Selhurst Park on Monday night pairing Rudiger in this week’s center back. Such a solid performance.
Full-backs

Jonny Otto (Wolverampton)
Contributed a goal as a right midfielder against Aston Villa, Otto is dropped deep to the right-back position in this week’s team where he did excel as well.
Matt Doherty (Tottenham)
Won the heart of many with an incredible strike on Sunday Noon against Newcastle United as a left-midfielder, Doherty is starred in the left-back position in this week’s team.
Defensive-midfielders
John McGinn (Aston Villa)
McGinn may not be the center of attention this week because his side lost but to Wolverhampton by 2-1. He was quite splendid in the central defensive role and had the highest rating in this position with 4-key passes, 4-received fouls, 2-interceptions, 6-successful tackles, 11-won ground duels, and a pass accuracy of 84.8%.
Central-midfielders

Vitaly Janelt and Christian Eriksen (Brentford)
Chelsea’s nightmare was the Germany international who opened the scoring opportunities which led to four goals up to their sleeves. Played as a central offensive midfielder with Christian Eriksen, the duo’s dynamism and communication were very effective which helped Brentford record their first major win this season from away.
Wingers

Heung-min Son (Tottenham)
Helped South Korea to the 2022 World Cup, Son was very enthused contributing a goal and assist in defeating Newcastle United by 5-1 at home along with four shots attempt and 5-key passes.

Raheem Sterling (Manchester City)
Registered a brace of assists against Burnley, Sterling features on the other side of the wings with Son.
Center-forward

Diogo Jota (Liverpool)
Took Mane’s spot on Saturday afternoon, Jota gave ‘the Reds’ the lead in the 22nd minute and further won a penalty which Fabinho comfortably placed behind Ben Foster in a 2-0 victory at home. He also sighted 6-shots attempts and 3-key passes enough to lead the team.
